- Receive your full refund to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.
Refund Eligibility
Our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to Shared Hosting, Cloud Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Reseller Hosting. Please note that Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS), and Domain Registrations/Transfers are strictly non-refundable.
